Coaches and Parents,
Thank you so much for your interest in photographing Team and Individual portraits with Heather Nix Photography! I am so excited to bring you wonderful, fun images of your players! I will be happy to meet your team on the field for outdoor portraits or in the studio for green screen composite portraits.
A couple of things to keep in mind to make sure your picture day is the best it can possibly be:
Schedule pictures as soon as you can! I know that coaches are busy doing what you do and pictures are the last thing you are thinking about is pictures. I suggest doing them as soon as you can after practices start! Your parents want to support your team and their kiddos! I have lots of products that parents love to wear at games to support their players! Also, if you have to do fundraising or promoting games, it is wonderful to have a great picture to promote your team!
Schedule a time when all players can be there! That can sometimes be a hard one, I know! If you choose outdoor portraits, I will NOT be able to add player in the team picture later, but I can photograph a missing players individual picture during another sports session! However, if we are photographing green screen...I may be able to add the player with prior arrangements or when I photograph another team! Keep in mind, that may cause a delay on your portraits being delivered on time.
Please be on time! For league sports, I may photograph two or three teams in the same evening so players being on time is greatly appreciated!
I will be happy to add your team picture to Facebook as long as every parent is in agreement for teams middle school age and younger. High School teams will be posted to social media with coaches permission. Unfortunately, (due to copyright issues this past year) I will only add individual player images to social media with a minimum $5 order.
I also offer banners! Banners are made from 13 oz. matte vinyl with grommets on all four sides and hold up well in all kinds of weather, and take about a week to arrive after they are ordered! Banners are 2ft. by 3ft. for individual players (at least 6 players needed to order) and cost $25 each. Team banners are 4ft. by 6ft and are $125. If a team reaches $500 in portrait orders, I will donate a 4ft. by 6ft. banner to the team!!!!
